    Suitable for teachers, technicians and teaching assistants, this course enables delegates to acquire health and safety accreditation certification through a ‘hands-on’ approach. It is understood that not all areas within this accreditation may be relevant to your school, so the training can be personalised to your requirements.

    The areas covered by a demonstration and practical activities to show capability include:

    • Guillotines and shears.

    • Portable power tools (to include portable drills and sander only).

    • Hand tools.

    • Drilling machines.

    • Moulding plastics.

    • Heat process forging.

    • Power Hacksaw.

    • Powered fret saw.

    • Polishing machines.

    • Sanding Linishing machines.

    • Off-hand Grinding machines (but not S10HS Grinding and Sharpening).

    This course is available by client arrangement only, and is undertaken at your school or educational establishment.

    The length of this course will depend on how many pieces of equipment you would like to be covered. Our recommendation would be seven pieces in one day.

    The maximum class size is for six delegates.
