Marian Randell - Managing Director

BA (Hons) CMIOSH PGCE

Marian has a wealth of knowledge with 25 years health and safety experience in railways, shipping and general management. Marian is an engaging and professional lecturer who has considerable experience in running professional courses such as the NEBOSH Certificate and Diploma, and is a senior NEBOSH examiner and tutor.

Tim Randell - Director

BSc (Hons) CFIOSH MIRM CMCIPD

Tim began his career in the railways, where he met Marian. He then worked for over ten years as a HSE Inspector in a diverse range of sectors, before heading up Health and Safety Management for the Bank of England with over 12,000 staff.

Paul Randell - Director

BSc (Hons) CMIOSH MIIRSM

Paul started his career with a major pharmaceutical firm after completing a degree in Safety, Health & Environmental Management, and has worked in a diverse range of industries including construction, facilities management and education. In his spare time Paul is also a NEBOSH examiner.

Maureen Connolly - Director

Dip2.OSH MIIRSM AIFSM

Maureen completed her NEBOSH Diploma and has an extensive health and safety background in various industries including construction, healthcare (NHS) and social housing.

Adam Clarke - Director

GradIOSH

Adam has extensive experience of the construction industry, education, public sector and housing. Adam is currently working towards Chartered Membership of IOSH.

Tom Escobar - Health and Safety Consultant

GradIOSH

Tom gained experience in presenting, training and consulting for the health and fitness, health care and facilities industries. Tom is working to achieve Chartered Membership of IOSH.

Tony Buckle - Health and Safety Consultant

Tony spent many years working in the driving industry as an advanced instructor, and an advocate of road safety. Tony has undertaken roles as a Security Management Specialist with extensive experience of working with both the NHS and local authorities.

Debbie Wright - Assistant Administrator

RSA

Debbie worked as an IT Tutor for Community Education for Suffolk County Council for 11 years. She has considerable experience in Community Learning with qualifications in IT, RSA Text Processing and Health and Safety at Work.

Lizzy Woodhead - Office Administrator

Lizzy has worked in many customer-facing roles within the service industry. She is currently working towards her qualification in Health and Safety.

Jodie Robertson - Marketing Coordinator

BA (Hons)

Jodie’s experience comes from a variety of roles within marketing that involved social media, digital marketing and the production of education and marketing films. She graduated with a Degree in Film Studies, and is working towards her qualification in Health and Safety.
