Construction Health and Safety
DID YOU KNOW THAT THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY HAS THE SECOND HIGHEST NUMBER OF FATALITIES AFTER THE SERVICES?
Therefore construction activities can present a high risk of death and injury to workers and those around the site.
But it needn't be so.
If you are responsible for any construction project there are legally mandated core requirements for having the necessary skills, knowledge and training to ensure that all works are carried out safely and competently.
Responsibility is not the sole preserve of the Principal contractor – whether you are the Client, Designer, Architect or other interested party the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2015 stipulate a broad range of objectives and outcomes that must be met to minimise the risk of accidents and injury from project conception to completion and beyond.
Are you worried that you may not meet these strict standards?
Safetyboss can help.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction sector we can offer a tailored service to assist you and your teams in managing construction safely. Whether you are the Client, Designer or Contractor the service is adapted to meet the needs of a rapidly changing work environment that must be fit for the 21st century. Our service falls into 2 distinct areas but a combination of both can be undertaken to provide maximum opportunity to comply with the law.
