Why do I need an Electromagnetic Risk Assessment?
An electromagnetic field can be produced by anything with a power source. Whilst risk normally occurs
from high currents and radio frequency equipment, communication antennae on roofs could cause a risk to
vulnerable people (pregnant women or those with medical implants).
Risk Assessments of these are part of your duty as an employer.
